RTE’s Ultimate Hell Week cancelled after last night’s finale

RTE’s Ultimate Hell Week came to it’s conclusion last night after another season of tough challenges. However, fans will be disappointed to discover it was the last ever series of the show.

In a shock cancelation,  executive producer and director of the show, Jamie D’Alton, confirmed Ultimate Hell Week would not be returning for another series.

Saying: “We are sad to announce that tonight’s episode of Ultimate Hell Week will be the last ever.”

Continuing: “Over five series across RTE One and RTE Two, 124 recruits have taken on the Hell Week challenge.”

“We are enormously proud that for many of the recruits it was a hugely rewarding, something life-changing, experience.”

He also praised all the stars who came onboard the project despite the intense atmosphere. Saying: “It takes serious courage to sign up for a one-way ticket to Hell and everyone of the recruits should be proud to have worn the Hell Week armband.”
