Rosanna Davison says parents helped her speak about infertility

Rosanna Davison has three bouncing babies, two-year-old Sophia and 16-month-old twins Oscar and Hugo.

However, it wasn’t without a struggle as she went through a heartbreaking 14 miscarriages before welcoming Sophia.

Rosanna shared this heartbreaking news with the world and now she has confirmed it was her parents who encouraged her to be open about her own journey to motherhood.

She explained that her parents Chris and Diane always raised her to be open about her problems.

Speaking to RSVP Magazine, she said, “One of the reasons why I felt so comfortable opening up about our personal fertility journey was because as children we were raised to talk about problems.”

She went on to add that her parents encouraged her and her siblings to talk about their feelings rather than giving each other the cold shoulder.

“We were shown how to be open with each other so that’s one of the values that was instilled in me as a child that I’ve kept today and hope to pass onto my children.”

Rosanna shares three children with her husband Wes, Sophia, was born via surrogacy, and twins Hugo and Oscar were welcomed naturally.

Over the course of their marriage, Rosanna has been very open about her fertility issues, including her numerous miscarriages.

It came to a point, she admits that she felt husband Wes would be better without her, explaining that she thought he would be better finding someone else as the pair struggled to conceive.

Thankfully, they have overcome She reveals how the couple laugh about it now, as they parent three young children.
