Ronan Keating has remembered his late bandmate Stephen Gately, on the 13th anniversary of his death.
Sharing a tribute to Stephen, Ronan posted several photos of the lads from their Boyzone day. Commemorating him, saying: “13 years and doesn’t get any easier because I know how much living ya had in ya.”
“Miss ya dude. A heavy heart.”
Stephen tragically passed away very suddenly in Spain in 2009, and his untimely passing affected the entire nation, with thousands taking to the streets to pay their respects to the singer.
Fellow Boyzone alum, Keith Duffy, also remember Stephen on his anniversary.
Sharing a picture of the pair from their Boyzone days. Keith captioned the post: “13 years my guardian Angel ! I’ll never meet another living soul who loved me as unconditionally and honestly as my buddy Steo!”
His tribute comes after the Coronation Street star met up with Stephen’s family on Sunday night, sharing it was for a “special moment.”
Ending his tribute with: ”Miss you every single day, I had your brothers family with me for a Special moment last night, keep an eye on me brother.”
