Paul Mescal and Daisy Edgar Jones took to social media to tease some exciting news.
They kept us on our toes as we waited for find out what it could possibly be.
Now we know what they have up their sleeves.
And it’s for a great cause.
The pair are raffling off tickets to a special marathon screening of Normal People on the big screen in London.
They will both be attending the event, which will take place June 16th at a central London cinema, as well as director Lenny Abrahamson, producer Ed Guiney and other “friends from the show.”
The money will support Pieta, a suicide and self-harm prevention charity, as well as UNICEF.
Speaking on Instagram, Paul said: “We’re incredibly sorry if we led people on, it’s not a season two…It is something that we think is very important.”
Daisy went on to say: “We are hosting a charity raffle for a chance to see a marathon screening of Normal People, all 12 episodes on the big screen in a central London cinema on the 16th of June.
“It’s all in aid of a charity called Pieta, they are an amazing Irish charity who help with families and individuals who are affected by suicide, suicidal ideation and self-harm.”
Paul added: “A portion of the proceeds are going to go to UNICEF who are doing amazing work helping aid children who are displaced by conflict.”
Fans can buy tickets here. The sale will close on June 10th and at the time of publishing the raffle had raised €24,452.
