Niamh Cullen certainly hasn’t had the first week of married life that she expected.
Just days after tying the knot, her husband Jamie Gill was admitted to hospital in Rome.
The couple had travelled there for a “mini-moon” after their beautiful Italian countryside wedding.
However, after checking into their dream hotel, Jamie was rushed to hospital.

Niamh shared some gorgeous snaps of Jamie at the wedding with the caption: “My incredibly handsome husband. Devastated how our first week of marriage has gone but you are so resilient and I love you so much!”
She was met with sweet messages and well-wishes from her friends and followers.
“Seeing that first pic taken on video on @anouska.lovestory in real time and then seeing it in the picture is actually so freaking cute. Sending all the love and hugs you guys,” Aisling Kavanagh wrote.
“Hope he gets well soon,” Dominique Nugent commented.
“We all love you so much @jamiegill91 You have the most incredible wife by your side! You’re both so lucky to have each other,” Ashley Kehoe said.
While Bonnie Ryan told Niamh: “Very handsome Jamie get better ASAP !! Xxx.”
Niamh took to social media to share the scary health update explaining that Jamie took a turn the day after their wedding and then “went downhill” when they left for Rome.
“Not how we planned the last 48 hours,” she wrote as she shared a picture of a hospital room.
“Poor Jamie has been so sick since the wedding, he made our day 2 for like 30 mins and when we left to head into Rome it went downhill.
“He is in the best place and there for another few days.”
