It’s been revealed that Brendan O’Carroll’s new comedy show is set to rival Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, as the two will air during the same time slot.
It was announced last year that Mrs. Brown’s Boys star Brendan O’Carroll had landed his own BBC chat show, but now it appears that he will be going head to head with comedic duo Ant and Dec.
All Round To Mrs. Brown’s will follow the same theme as the much-loved sketch show. It will see Agnes Brown being joined by some big name stars in front of a live audience. Some of your favourite characters from Mrs. Brown’s Boys will also make regular appearances.
The show will run at the same time on BBC One, as Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway on ITV, so audiences will be forced to choose their favourite dose of comedy each Saturday evening.
