Mairead Ronan has opened up about family life now as a mum-of-two. The broadcaster is the proud mum of 9-year-old Dara and 2-month-old Eliza.
Today FM host Mairead and husband Louis welcomed baby Eliza last September, and Dara, her son from a pervious marriage, is enjoying his new role as big brother.
Speaking to the Independent.ie the 36-year-old said, “Dara is in love with her, absolutely mad about her.
“He used to always want to go to school early to play with the lads in the yard, and now he’s very much getting to school at three minutes to nine because he’s staying at home to play with Eliza. They have a lovely relationship.”
Sharing the first snap of her daughter just yesterday, the presenter said that she’s doing great, and finally sleeping- much to her delight!
“She’s thriving. Two-and-a half months now and she’s doing all the things a baby is supposed to do. Cries a bit, laughs a bit, feeds a lot. She’s sleeping more now, thank God,” she said.
