Tennis player Caroline Wozniacki is showing her ex-fiance Rory McIlroy exactly what he’s missing in her latest sizzling shoot with Sports Illustrated.
The Danish sports star has posed in a nearly-nude shoot for the iconic magazine, with just red body paint covering her modesty – and she looks sensational.
The 25-year-old shared a snap of the photoshoot on Twitter to her 1m followers, saying she was “so excited” to be involved with the 2016 issue, which everyone is talking about as it celebrates a range of different body types for the first time.
Caroline also took part in last year’s magazine, but her look back then – a white bikini – was far more understated than her latest photos. This time, she joins Ronda Rousey and Lindsay Vonn as the featured athletes wearing the bodypaint in substitute of a swimsuit on the beach along with other models.
The former world number one took to social media to thank her glam squad for making her look her “best in years”, telling Sports Illustrated she had “so much fun”.
“I love my body paint. This has been such an unbelievable experience,” she said.
Rory and Caroline dated for three years and were due to be married in 2014, but the pair had a very public breakup when it emerged he dumped her in a three-minute phone call just days after the wedding invitations were sent out.
The golfer has since proposed to American Erica Stoll, and Caroline has stated she has moved on from her ex too.
“I don’t think there is a reason to go back. Obviously, that relationship taught me so much and made me the person I am today, but at this point, I am like, I’ve moved on, Rory has moved on, and I am ready for the media to move on,” she commented.
