Aoife Walsh has shared the first official photos from her breathtaking wedding celebrations in the south of France.
The former Miss Ireland and her husband, Ben Nicholson, celebrated with family and friends in a stunning chΓ’teau after legally tying the knot in Ireland last month.
Taking to Instagram to mark the occasion, Aoife shared a romantic snap of her and Ben walking down the aisle, simply captioning the post: “Happy Ever After.”
For her destination wedding, Aoife looked every bit the fairytale bride in a breathtaking ballgown featuring a full princess-style skirt, an intricately embroidered corset bodice and a dramatic veil.

Ben looked equally dashing in a classic black tuxedo as the newlyweds made their way back down the aisle together.
The couple’s dreamy French celebration comes just weeks after they exchanged vows in an intimate legal ceremony in Ireland, with Aoife announcing at the time that she was “legally yours forever & always.”
Ahead of the wedding, Aoife had shared her excitement about saying “I do” in the south of France after the couple searched across Europe for the perfect venue.
“We looked in France, Spain, Portugal, Majorca… all of those gorgeous destinations,” she previously revealed.

In the end, they chose the very first venue they viewed β a stunning chΓ’teau in the south of France.
The couple got engaged during a romantic trip to Lisbon in September 2025, with Aoife previously admitting she never saw Ben’s proposal coming.
Their destination wedding had been planned as a three-day celebration, complete with a welcome party, the wedding day itself and a relaxed pool party for guests to enjoy afterwards.
Judging by the first stunning photographs, it was everything the happy couple had dreamed of.
