The eir VIP Publishing Power of Women Awards recognise and celebrate the extraordinary achievements of Ireland’s female entrepreneurs – women who lead, innovate, inspire, and create lasting impact across industries.
We are now opening submissions to the public. Whether you’re a customer, colleague, peer or simply someone who admires their work, this is your opportunity to help us shine a light on the women shaping Ireland’s business landscape.
Entry guidelines
Please read the following carefully before submitting your nomination.
Eligibility Criteria
- The nominated business must be owned by an Irish or Irish-based female entrepreneur (senior leadership roles such as CEO or Managing Director, without ownership, do not meet the eligibility criteria.)
- Nominees must be currently active in their business and operating in Ireland.
- The business can be of any size – from start-ups to more established brands – but must demonstrate excellence, innovation, or leadership in its category.
- Company must have more than 3 registered staff members.
- You may nominate someone else or nominate yourself.

Final category placement will be determined by our judging panel. Nominations are being accepted across the following award categories:
The Tech & Innovation Award
Celebrating a female entrepreneur leading the way in technology, digital innovation, or online business – from app development to e-commerce, AI, and everything in between.
The Fashion Award
Celebrating female founders transforming the fashion industry – from innovative clothing brands and retail concepts to designers redefining style, creativity and craftsmanship.
The Beauty Services Award
Recognising leaders in the professional beauty services space – salons, devices, and treatment-led services.
The Hair Care Award
Shining a light on excellence in haircare – whether through salon leadership, product innovation, or education within the industry.
The Cosmetics Award
Celebrating female founders creating innovative cosmetics brands – from makeup and beauty products to tools and trends shaping the future of the industry.
The Skincare Award
Recognising women driving innovation in skincare – through exceptional formulations, science-led products and solutions for every skin type.
The Communications, Media, & Production Award
Celebrating women shaping stories and building brands across PR, media, marketing, content, broadcasting and production – from creative campaigns to influential platforms.
The Creative & Lifestyle Award
For founders bringing creativity to life through lifestyle brands, design, interiors, gifting, art and innovative products that inspire and connect with audiences.
The Food & Beverages Award
Recognising women transforming the food and drink industry – from artisan producers and hospitality brands to innovative food, beverage and alcohol businesses.
The New Founder Award
Open to businesses launched within the last 12 months, this award recognises fresh entrepreneurial talent making waves early in their journey.
The Health & Wellness Award
Celebrating businesses that promote health, wellness, and self-care – spanning fitness, mental health, holistic therapies, nutrition and more.
The Sustainability Award
Recognising environmental leadership – this award goes to a business placing sustainability, ethics, and eco-consciousness at its core.
