
Channel 4’s hit comedy Derry Girls ended last year. But it lives on for writer Lisa McGee after she was sent a sweet keepsake from the show.
Taking to Twitter the writer showed off the gift she was sent by production company Hat Trick. Sharing how they sent her a school uniform from the show.
Voicing her gratitude, Lisa wrote: ” Thank you [Hat Trick]! I love it.”
“Even if it will scare the sh*t out of me in the middle of the night when I think it’s a headless schoolgirl.”

And Lisa wasn’t the only one in awe of the amazing piece of memorabilia, as fans also raved about how special an item it is.
One wrote: “What a wonderful gift.”
While another joked: “Will you hire it out for Halloween…asking for a friend”
And a third said: “Lisa, Derry Girls is a masterpiece. Thanks for making it, everytime i want to feel good and laugh i replay Derry Girls.”
