Model Kerri-Nicole Blanc has shared some delighted snaps from her honeymoon, which was postponed due to her husband’s serious health scare.
Following their destination wedding, the pair had to fly home early as her new husband, Keith, was rushed to hospital due to a mysterious illness. Meaning their honeymoon was cancelled.
But in some wonderful news, it seems Keith is doing much better as the pair were finally able to jet off on a post-wedding holiday. Kerri-Nicole took to Instagram sharing a photo of Keith in the airport, and a snap of herself boarding a plan.
Captioning: “look at this big dork excited for her honeymoon.” Hinting at their destination, the model shared a Statue of Liberty emoji, along with the American, and Mexican flags, and also a taco emoji. So it seems the pair heading to New York City, and then to Mexico.
Kerri and Keith tied the knot back in August, with a lavished Italian wedding.
Sharing stunning snaps from their big day, Kerri-Nicole captioned their first official snap:
“Forever and always 09-08-2022”
Keri wore a bohemian-style wedding gown with a halter-neck, long train, and veil, and lace details accented throughout. As for the ceremony, it took place in Borgo di Tragliata, which is an idyllic countryside farm in Lazio, Rome.
The couple was surrounded by friends and family, with a few familiar faces on the guest list. Including, Michele McGrath and Rosalind Lipsett.
However, just a week later the couple shared the tragic news of Keith’s poor health.
The couple didn’t share details on Keith’s illness. But he did shared an update on Instagram with Kerri. It read:
“Apologies to all my friend for first hearing nothing from me, and now being hit with all the wedding spam”
Forced to cancel their honeymoon and deal with more pressing matters, they continued:
“We had to cancel our honeymoon, get an emergency flight home and Kerri has to deal with me ruining the first few days of happily married life”
