Katja Mia confirms when she’ll say goodbye to The Six O’Clock Show

Katja Mia is set to bid farewell to The Six O’Clock Show after two years hosting the programme.

She will instead step into a new radio show with Laura Fox on 2FM following their schedule change.

She has now confirmed when her time on the Virgin Media series will come to an end.

The bride-to-be took to social media to share that she is going to “enjoy every minute” of her last week.

She shared pictures of herself with Tracy Clifford and Deric Hartigan who stepped in to cover Brian Dowling over the Easter break.

“A fun week hosting six with friends. Thanks for keeping me company @tracyclifford1 + @deric_tv …My last week of the show starts tomorrow eeek, will enjoy every minute of it!” she wrote.

She also got an opportunity to bring her father to the Virgin Media studios on Monday.

She joked: “Bring your Dad to work day.”

Katja was met with sweet messages from her pals as she kicked off her final week.

“Ok let’s send you off in STYLE this week,” Brian Dowling commented.

“Can’t believe I missed your last week give me all the rubs!!!!!” Darren Kennedy added.

“Awhhh love that,” Deric Hartigan wrote.

While Tracy Clifford said: “What a gal.”

Katja will swap The Six O’Clock Show for Drivetime on 2FM. From 3pm 2FM Drive has gotten a shake up as Laura Fox and Katja will co-host a new show.

Katja made her radio debut on 2FM last October when she stepped in to cover a weekend programme. Together, the duo will deliver a bigger variety of bold music.
