Katherine Lynch is delighted with the progress she’s made on her weight loss journey since leaving RTE’s Celebrity Operation Transformation.
The hilarious comedian lost an impressive 13.5 pounds while on the show, alongside businessman Gerald Kean, TV3’s Elaine Crowley, comedian Karl Spain, RTE’s Brenda Donohue. Since the programme wrapped, Katherine has only put on two pounds, and is extremely happy with what she has achieved.
Speaking to The Independent.ie the Leitrim native said, “I was beating myself going, ‘Have I put on a stone?’ Luckily, I had put on only two pounds.”
However, Katherine now fears the looming Christmas period as, like any of us, she may overindulge. She admitted, “It’s very difficult to say no to all the nice nibbles, and all those nibbles add up.”
We think she looks fantastic.
