Xpose presenter Karen Koster has announced that while she is definitely returning to TV3 this year, she won’t be working as much as she used to.
Karen has been with TV3 for 12 years now, and took her first major break from the station when she went on maternity leave late last year.
Since then, she has been spending plenty of time with her husband John McGuire and the latest addition to their family, baby Finn. Karen has enjoyed this time immensely, and doesn’t feel quite ready to give it all up just yet.
The presenter has decided to return to her Xpose world of showbiz and glamour on September 21st this year, but refuses to work as many hours as she used to.
Speaking to the Irish Daily Mail, Karen said, “I’m going back to work part-time, so I’ll only be doing three days a week. I’ll only be earning part-time wages, but I think it’s the best thing to get to see Finn as much as I can.”
She continued, “I’ve been doing little things here and there, filming things that will not go out until November, so it has been great keeping the finger in the pie in that sense, and it doesn’t feel as daunting then, going back after 10 months.”
One of those things included a lavish James Bond themed photo-shoot with her fellow Xpose presenters.
