Jodi Albert posted a moving tribute to her late mum Eileen, who passed away in February this year after a brave battle with cancer.
Sharing this picture with her followers Jodie wrote: “How my heart aches for this beautiful women.. Miss you mummy.. #regram @kellialbert1 love you.”
Jodi and Kian are currently on holiday with their three-month-old and four-year-old son Koa and has been showing off her and Kian’s latest addition to the family – their son Zeke.
Sharing a picture of her three boys together cuddling, Jodi wrote: “We all can’t stop kissing buba!”

Jodi previously revealed to the Sunday Independent she’d like to have two more children with her husband of six years, saying: “The Irish have big families. We’d love a girl, but so long as they were happy and healthy, that’s all that really matters.”
“I never dreamt before Koa of being a mum to little boys, but now I’m obsessed with boys – they’re such cool little dudes,” she said. “I thought Koa needed a companion – Zekey even wore one of Koa’s babygros in the hospital.”
