All eyes will be on RTE star Jennifer Maguire tomorrow at the Peter Mark VIP Style Awards when she makes her first public appearance since giving birth.
The new mum has been keeping a low profile since giving birth to daughter Florence over three weeks ago, and although she has spoken out about her new arrival, she has kept her very much hidden away from the spotlight.
Jennifer has been on our screens for The Unemployables on RTE2 recently, but she hasn’t been spotted out and about in weeks – until tomorrow when she will rock the red carpet at the Marker Hotel for the 14th Style Awards.
The Republic of Telly star will be making a much-anticipated appearance at the glamorous ceremony, and it’s not yet known if her half-Italian husband Lau Zamparelli, who rarely joins his beau at showbiz events, will be on her arm.
The pair married in an intimate ceremony in Castle Leslie, Co. Monaghan last July and are said to be “over the moon” with the latest addition to their Ranelagh home.
Coming up to a month after having her baby, Jennifer has said she’s “slowly but surely” getting back to normal.
“She’s a really good baby, she loves her grub and her sleep,” she told the Herald.
“I haven’t felt any demented tiredness yet, and Lau is helping out, so we’re getting on just fine.”
She added: “I don’t have much else to do except look after Florence and we’re really enjoying her. I’ve just been staring at her for weeks now – I just take pictures of her all day.”
