James Patrice has shared his incredible weight loss transformation with his followers.
He highlighted what difference a year can make as he wore the same outfit around 12 months apart.
The social media star posted two photos side by side of himself sporting a gorgeous pink jacket but reveal that this time last year he couldn’t zip it up.
“It wouldn’t go near me, obviously, it went on me but it wouldn’t close on me,” he explained on Instagram stories.
James appeared on Celebrity Operation Transformation last year and came out on top as losing the most weight at 1 stone and 5.5 pounds.
In the four weeks, the presenter lost an incredible 20.4 inches.
Taking to Instagram, James celebrated looking slimmer and feeling better.
“An aul year in the difference Dympna – the pic on the left was taken the day they announced me as a leader for Celebrity Operation Transformation.”
“I remember I absolutely LOVED the jacket but it didn’t close over me diddies sure (I of course didn’t give a shite and wore it anyway!). But I’m delira that a year on it zips up no bother, and with a bit of extra room thrown in too, hehe.”
He added: “I’m all for using the scales to track progress, but sometimes it’s the little triumphs like this that help us keep her lit! And for anyone who’s looking to start their own journey but may be a little bit wary, just feckin’ GO FOR IT. Tomorrow is a new day and could be the start of something mighty!”
Fans celebrated his achievement and called him an inspiration.
