There appears to be light at the end of the tunnel tonight when, after a year in captivity, Katy O’Brian could finally be set free.
Ciaran is prepared to let Katy go from her underground room but of course, things don’t go to plan when he gets an unexpected phone call from Farrah, saying she’d been rushed to hospital.
Ciaran goes to be by Farrah’s side, and they sadly realise that she has lost their baby. The couple are devastated and Ciaran is adamant that he will discover why this happened.
He is enraged when he discovers that Farrah and Emmet had an argument earlier that day about posters detailing Katy’s disappearance being up in Phelan’s.
Ciaran has a face off with Emmet about the posters, fearing that their argument may have sparked Farrah’s miscarriage.
It’s an emotional one for sure, catch tonight’s Fair City on RTE One at 8pm.
