The Irish rugby team decided to do something a little different yesterday, and went diving with some great white sharks.
The team are on tour in Cape Town, Africa at the moment, but when they’re not on the pitch or training hard, have been making the most of their downtime.
The group went diving with some great white sharks yesterday, but it seems the men weren’t as fearless as they may have initially expected.
Jamie Heaslip took to Instagram to share a video of the encounter, showing the shark coming close, followed by deafening screams of horror of both himself and his teammates.
He said, “Unbelievable experience today with the boys.”
Well one thing’s for sure, we don’t think we’ll be following in their footsteps any time soon.
