Jay Z and Beyonce have reportedly closed the deal on their new LA mansion, and an Irishman was heavily involved.
Developer Dean McKillen, son of Belfast born property investor Paddy McKillen is responsible for the building of houses on Billionaires row, where the global superstars have bought their new home. In addition, Dean’s brother Tyrone was in charge of the sale of the property.
The exclusive Bel Air neighbourhood features 30,000 square foot homes, 8 bedroom houses, swimming pools, tennis courts and recording studios.

The McKillen family is well known in LA property development and sales, with Tyrone recently ranked as number 14 on US property magazine The Real Deal’s ranking of LA’s leading luxury real-estate agents.
