Autumn is here and that means that The Late Late Show is back!
We caught up with Patrick Kielty ahead of the new season and you can read that chat here.
Of course, he has to return with a bang so who is joining him on the couch for the first episode of the season?
Well, first off we’ll be celebrating the incredible achievement of Team Ireland at the Olympics and Paralympics this year.
We came home with seven medals in the Olympics and six in the Paralympics, and the incredible medallists will sit down with Patrick to chat about their time in Paris.
This year was Ireland’s most successful Olympics so there will definitely be a lot to celebrate on the couch.
The sporting theme continues as Rory McIlroy chats with Patrick following his time in Paris as well as playing the Irish Open.
They will chat all things golf as well as the very special project he is supporting across Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
What was your song of the summer?
Ours was The Spark by Kabin Crew and Lisdoonvarna Crew. Yes, we’ve been singing “Think you can stop what we do? We doubt it!” since the viral hit came out.
The kids have played festivals around the country and have gone global with their catchy tune.
The tiny rappers will speak to Patrick about becoming superstars!
Comedian John Bishop will be talking all about his eventful summer and his love for Ireland when he swings by the studio.
Folk music royalty John Sheahan and Phil Coulter join The Late Late Show to exclusively unveil John’s new stage show The Dubliners Encore.
Oh and Patrick has a big surprise for viewers as well!
The Late Late Show airs this Friday at 9.35pm on RTÉ One
