We sat down with Pippa O’Connor to take a look through her beauty bag…
What’s you first beauty or makeup memory?
Chanel No 5. It was my mom’s scent so every time I smell it, it reminds me of her.
Tell us your morning skincare routine.
It’s quite simple but precise. I start by washing my face with water, then I de-puff! This is very important for me as I tend to be quite puffy in the morning. I use my Dreamglow ice-roller from the fridge, and it works a treat. I’ll usually pop on my hydrogel eye patches while I get the boys ready. After that, I apply Skin Flood for hydration, Universal Glow Serum (vitamin c & HA always in the morning), followed by my Universal Glow Eye Cream which is so radiant and hydrating before I finish with my skincare with spf 30.
What about the evening?
It varies depending on how tired I am. I will usually cleanse with an oil first followed by a creamy cleanser. Then I’ll use my Dreamglow Toning Pads which are the ultimate treat for your skin, morning or evening. They’re packed with collagen which I love and they really smooth and plump the skin. Then I’ll use my Skin Flood again. I might use a retinol – I have many that I like. The French pharmacy one, E414, is strong but excellent. I like Augustinus Bader’s retinol serum also. Then I’ll use a thick moisturiser at night time. I don’t really mind what this is as long as it’s hydrating.

What’s your most-used product in your own line?
Universal Glow Treatment!
What’s the best beauty hack or piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Sleep cures most things! If I’m ever feeling or looking particularly exhausted, sleep usually cures that.
What’s your favourite beauty treatment to get done?
I love getting BBL and moxy together. It really rejuvenates the skin so well. I get that done in Bella & Me Maynooth.
What products make you feel pulled together?
Without a doubt, some face tan! Before I go to sleep, I will apply our face tanning serum. The next morning I am glowing and radiant. All I need is some Universal Glow Treatment and off I go.
What’s your favourite beauty trend of the moment?
Good skincare that works for you at home in conjunction within clinic facials, lasers and skin boosters.
What’s your guilty pleasure beauty buy?
I’m a product junkie. I want to try everything new. Especially anything new from Korea.
