With just one more week to go before the coveted Late Late Toy Show, Ryan is keeping his audience happy in the meantime with guests such as Daniel O’Donnell, Angela Scanlon and John Bishop gracing his couch this Friday night.

After an 18-month break from touring, Daniel O’Donnell is back! We’ll be hearing about how he got over his nerves as he prepared to take to the stage again, filming his RTÉ Christmas special and travelling around Ireland with wife Majella again for another series of their B&B Road trip.

TV presenter Angela Scanlon has been a busy woman filming Robot Wars recently, and now she’s getting ready to go nightly on the BBC’s The One Show. She’ll be sharing the secret of her UK success with Ryan and the audience.

As gangland warfare continues to leave parts of Dublin in a state of fear, crime correspondent Paul Williams will trace the current feud right back to its origin- Veronica Guerin’s brutal murder. He’ll be telling us why things have gotten much worse in the 20 years since Veronica Guerin’s death shocked the nation.

Comedian John Bishop will be on to talk about how it was Ireland that gave him his first big break in television with appearances on The Panel and The Late Late Show. He’ll also be chatting about his life at home and of some hilarious moments from his comedic career.

As the Marie Keating Foundation launches a new exhibition aimed at raising awareness of prostate cancer among Irish men, we’ll be hearing from three who have survived the disease – rugby player Tony Ward, GAA manager Sean Boylan and newsreader Michael Murphy. They’ll be sharing their personal battle’s against cancer and telling us why men need to get themselves checked.

Johanne Powell has been caring for her profoundly disabled daughter for 32 years. Last weekend she gave a searingly honest interview in which she admitted that she wants her life back and what needs to be done to get her daughter Siobhan the proper care she needs.
