Lisa Cannon will be taking it easy this Christmas and spending this festive season in Powerscourt with her new husband, Richard Keatley, and her Dad, Mick.
The Xpose star exclusively told VIP that she will be “taking a load off and enjoying the festive season with the family” while relaxing after a hectic year.
“It’s been the busiest year of my whole life and I need a bit of decompression so we decided to book it and have something to look forward to,” she said.
Although she isn’t expecting anything for Christmas because they got so much at her wedding earlier this year, Lisa did tell us that Richard is planning something big for her this year.
The showbiz presenter definitely has expensive taste, as we saw from her wedding where she wore a stunning Vera Wang gown, so we can’t wait to see what Richard comes up with.
“He has something really surprising up his sleeve, he’s acting really weird, I don’t know what it is. He said it’s my Christmas and wedding present together. It’s something big,” she said.
Lisa and her rugby player husband will be ringing in the new year in Dromoland castle.
The couple also have some big events happening in 2016 including a big trip and an important birthday, but no baby plans are on the horizon just yet – the pair just want to enjoy their wedded bliss for the moment.
“We’re gonna just enjoy the next couple of months and just enjoy being married,” she said.
