Ed Sheeran is a busy man at the minute.
With his hugely successful album, sold out concerts, and duets with some of the biggest stars in the world, there is not stopping him.
Singer Anne Marie, who tours with Ed, recently announced that they would be working on a song together for her new album.
But first the duo are set to cover one of the best-loved Christmas songs this week at BBC’s Live Lounge.
The Galway Girl singer revealed that he and Anne Marie will perform Fairytale of New York by The Pogues and Kirsty McColl on the music show.
“I feel like I’m going to get murdered for this cover,” he said on Radio 1’s Live Lounge.
“It’s a cover that you shouldn’t really touch… BUT it’s Christmas and I brought Anne Marie with me,”
“I feel like kids of a certain generation are going to like it and adults are going to hate me.”
We look forward to hearing it.
