Sharing her routine with followers in a video, she joked about husband, Eamonn Holmes getting in the way.
“So day 3 of antibiotics and the doctor told me to steam twice a day….I try to do this in peace but @eamonnholmes decided to watch and offer helpful advice this morning!” she wrote.
Eamonn was actually the one taking the video, and towards the end an Ruth was quick to tell him to cut the recording.
