Garth Brooks’ fans have been left disappointed following a statement released today about his rumoured gig due to take place in Cork next year.
The country singer’s allegiance of followers were left in a state of euphoria yesterday after it was speculated that Garth Brooks may headline at the newly refurbished Pairc Ui Chaoimh next year.
However, his fan’s dreams were short lived following a statement released by a spokesperson of The Dance singer saying that there are no plans for a concert in this venue.
The spokesperson said, “We know of no such plans on his schedule.”
An insider also revealed to The Irish Sun that they’re confused how this rumour has managed to circulate through out Europe.
They said, “We have continually said we know nothing about any gigs by Garth Brooks in Cork next year but this story has gone across Europe. We have been getting calls, and we’re mystified by all this.”
