Vogue Williams has shared an honest insight into life ahead of welcoming baby number four, admitting she’s struggling to get a good night’s sleep.
The presenter, who recently announced that she and husband Spencer Matthews are expecting their fourth child together, took to Instagram to reveal that pregnancy has made sleeping more difficult than ever.
Sharing a photo of herself, Vogue wrote: “When people tell you to get sleep before the baby comes! I honestly think it’s harder to sleep the more pregnant you are.”
She went on to explain that she’d had a “shocker” of a night, adding: “So many wake ups because I feel sick and it can keep me up.

“Double nap day, one before a pod and one after.”
She later shared a screenshot from her sleep tracker after finally managing a much better night’s rest, revealing she’d slept for 8 hours and 53 minutes.
“After a shocker the night before last I needed this!!” she wrote.
Vogue also shared some of the habits that help her get a better night’s sleep, including taking magnesium, sticking to a consistent bedtime and wake-up time where possible, reading before bed, and using white noise, earplugs and an eye mask.

However, she acknowledged that some nights are simply out of your control, adding: “Saying all that, sometimes you just have bad nights sleep.”
The couple shared the happy news with a series of family snaps from a beach holiday, posing alongside their three children, Theodore, Gigi and Otto.
“BABY NUMBER 4 INCOMING,” they captioned the post, with friends including Joanne McNally, Louise Cooney and Glenda Gilson quick to congratulate the growing family.
