Dancing With The Stars is in for some shake ups this season, as pro-dancer and two time champion Pasquale La Rocca announced his exist from the series. As did host Nicky Byrne, who revealed he would be touring with Westlife, during the shows run.
Doireann Garrihy has been announced as the new host, joining Jennifer Zamparelli on the stage. And now we know Pasquale’s replacement as well.
Joining the upcoming series is, Michael Danilczuk.
Michael has plenty of experience, having competed on Dancing With The Stars Poland.
He also won the second season of the BBC One show The Greatest Dance. Along with performing in stage productions like Legally Blonde, Priscilla, Queen of the Desert and Rock of Ages.
Not too mention his many national and international dance titles.
Speaking about joining the series, Michael said: “I couldn’t be more excited to join such an amazing and much-loved show. I’ve only been in Ireland a short time but have received the warmest welcome and I can’t wait for the show to begin.”

Returning to the series are professionals; Emily Barker, Laura Nolan, John Nolan, Karen Byrne, Kylee Vincent, Stephen Vincent, Denys Samson, Hannah Kelly, Ervinas Merfeldas, Maurizio Benenato, and Salome Chachua.
While no celebrity has been officially confirmed, the rumour mill has been in over drive with speculation as to who might be hitting the dance floor.
So far it has been reported that Suzanne Jackson, Panti Bliss, Brooke Scullion, Nuala Carey, Carl Mullan and more are planning to compete for the glitter ball trophy!
