Cork actor Dónal Finn has been having the best year!
He’s appeared in the hugely successful Young Sherlock, became a TikTok heart throb in The Other Bennet Sister and even attended the Met Gala.
And his star power isn’t going down anytime soon as he is currently filming the second season of Young Sherlock for Prime Video.
BBC has also confirmed that the period drama, The Other Bennet Sister, will return for a three-part Christmas special.
The series, which will shoot primarily in Wales this summer.
It will see the return of Ella Bruccoleri as Mary, with a host of other familiar faces from the series set to return.
The Other Bennet Sister followed Mary Bennet, the oft-overlooked middle sister in Pride & Prejudice as she navigated the societal pressures of Regency England, where marriage is both an aspiration and a necessity.
The final episode of the series saw Mary agreeing to wed Tom Hayward, but fans will be keen to know what challenges the future holds for the happy couple…
So it looks like Dónal will return as the internet’s favourite hunk, Tom Hayward.
