Arthur Gourounlian chats Dancing With The Stars return

Dancing With The Stars judge Arthur Gourounlian has shared his thoughts on the hit dancing show returning to Irish screens.

As of now, both the public and cast are waiting to get news on whether the show will return for another season. Arthur, who joined the show this year, replacing Julian Benson, said that it would be a dream for him if the show comes back.

“Do you know what, no. The producers themselves still don’t know if it is coming back. Obviously, I will be very happy for them if and when it comes back” he told Irish Mirror.

“For me, if I get asked to come back and do the show, oh my god I would be in my element. I had the most epic time on the show”

However, no matter how excited people may be, Arthur says that it still isn’t guaranteed that the show will return and it’s best to prepare for that should it be the case.

“But as they say showbiz is showbiz, you never know what is next. If I don’t get asked, it is not the end of the world, moving forward. I am blessed we are having a family but of course it would be amazing to be asked.”

Getting a taste for TV with DWTS Arthur says that he and Brian would love to dabble in telly more, potentially having their own show.

“I’m 40 to 50. I might kind of redirect my career because I’m getting that taste of the shiny floor. I was even saying to Brian ‘why don’t we create a show’ because I think Ireland has so many things but I don’t think it has the jazz hands shows.

“The fun, the Saturday Night takeaway shows, they don’t have that here. So ideally, I would love to do something like that with my husband. Why not, we can easily do that. Imagine the chaos,
