It looks like Doireann Garrihy and Mark Mehigan had quite the night as the pair celebrated their engagement.
“The love of my life ❤️💍,” the presenter wrote alongside a photo of her and Mark in the park showing off a diamond engagement ring.
However, that was only the start of celebrations it seemed, as the pair later got together at the beautiful Westbury Hotel in Dublin with the rest of the Garrihy sisters and their respective partners to mark the big occasion.
“Cheers 🥂,” wrote Ailbhe alongside a photo she posted to Instagram of the group, looking happier than ever as they toasted to the newly engaged couple.
Doireann later reposted the photo, adding the caption: “My favourite people ever.”
While, sister Aoibhin also got in on the action by resharing the same photo, followed by numerous happy emojis.
Just this morning, Mark shared another photo of Doireann, looking relaxed as ever in bed, to his Instagram story, summing up how he feels by adding a singular heart emoji.
Doireann and podcaster Mark have been together since 2022.
The DWTS host told VIP earlier this year that she was in a really good place with the relationship: “When it’s right, it’s right and you don’t have to worry about making time. It just happens.
“It is getting that understanding of where you’re at and vice versa. I think we’re in a solid place.”
