The Love Island finale is looming – and you know what that means.
The couples are settled, the drama is dwindling, and there probably won’t be any more bombshells. Sad.
But there will still be scraps between Lola and Julia, claims that Priya doesn’t like Aidan, and Fitzy rolling his eyes while his partner speaks. Because of course there will.
The good news is we only have a few more weeks left before the winners of this year’s Love Island are crowned.
The Love Island finale will apparently take place on Monday, July 27th, eight weeks after the summer of love began.
The series is ending earlier this summer because it started earlier, kicking off on the very beginning on June as opposed to about a week in.
The finale generally sees four or five couples battle it out to be crowned the winners, and take away £50,000 prize money.
A source told The Sun: “There is around two and a half weeks of villa action left for this series, with the finale airing on the 27th.”
“ITV won’t confirm the exact date until the middle of next week but it’s locked in for then.”
“At this stage, it’s still unpredictable which couple will be named the winners.”
But who will get to the final this year?
As it stands, it’s looking like Ellie and Finley, Jasmine and Kavan, Lola and Sean, Angie and Simba and maybe Lorenzo and Julia will make it to the last episode.
As for the winners? Well Ellie and Finley are looking most likely at the moment.
And honestly, we’re okay with that.
