Eamonn Holmes and wife Ruth Langsford have finished up their stint as hosts of ITV’s This Morning for the summer.
The pair took over from regular hosts Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield on the popular talk show while they were on an extended summer break, but are now set to hand the reigns back over!
Eamonn, who was awarded an OBE for services to broadcasting back in June of this year, took to Instagram to share a sweet snap with Ruth to mark the occasion.
“We may be laughing on the outside but we’re crying on the inside,” the 58-year-old captioned the picture.
“Summer @thismorning comes to an end today. We had a blast hope you did too.”
The Belfast man recently shared a sweet shot from his time back in Ireland to celebrate his son Declan’s wedding.
