Vogue Williams is over the moon, as it was announced today that her hit documentary series ‘Wild Girls’ will hit UK TV screens next month.
The model impressed fans and critics alike with the first series of the show, which aired on RTE 2 last year. Wild Girls saw Vogue meet some of the toughest female prisoners in the US, and also saw her attend a sex club, proving that not only is she one of Ireland’s most glamorous women, she is also one tough cookie!
She show is being picked up by TLC Britain, and will air as a four-part series, starting on April 20th. “TLC bought Wild Girls, and I am delighted – because I did want to have stuff on air in the UK,” Vogue told the Herald.
It was announced in January that RTE 2 would be commissioning a second series of Wild Girls, which will begin filming in May, and the new season will touch on difficult issues such as addiction and homelessness.
Vogue has proven herself to be much more than just a pretty face in the past couple of years, and since the breakdown of her marriage to Brian McFadden, she has established herself not just as an in-demand DJ, but a very capable TV presenter, and something of a style icon!
Having wowed the cross at Cheltenham earlier in the week, Vogue will be spending St. Patrick’s Day in New York with friends.
