Attention Electric Picnic goers…
Several new acts have been annouced for this year’s line-up and let’s just say you won’t be disappointed.
Former Swedish Eurovision winner Loreen has been confirmed for the weekend as well as a glut of Irish acts including Villagers, CMAT, Lankum and Blindboy.
Bambie Thug, The Stranglers, daydreamers, Cardinals and Zimmer90 have also been announced as new additions to the festival, which will take place on the weekend of August 16th-18th.

As many as 75,000 music fans are set to descend on Stradbally later this summer for the highly anticipated sold-out festival.
Headlining this year’s festival are Noah Kahan and Gerry Cinnamon on Friday.
While Saturday will see Calvin Harris and Kodaline take to the stage.
The iconic Kylie Minogue and Raye will take over on Sunday.
Other notable artists playing across the weekend include Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Peggy Gou, Nas, Kasabian, and Faithless.
As well as Jazzy, Kneecap, The Scratch, Damien Dempsey and the Wolfe Tones.
