Saoírse Ruane’s dreams came through when she appeared on The Toy Show back in 2020.
However, Ryan Tubridy felt like that simply wasn’t enough and went above and beyond for the young girl so she could have the trip of a lifetime.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t an easy road to make her dream trip happen but after almost two years Saoírse and her family set off to Disney World.
Her mother, Roseanna, shared a sweet picture that showed her holding hands with her 10-year-old daughter.

“This is it…..After 21 long months full of highs and lows, we are very emotional today to be actually on our way…. A mix of emotions (for obvious reasons) mainly that Saoírse is doing good in her recovery and finally get to go on her amazing dream holiday,” she wrote.
“We are so grateful to everyone who helped make this happen, @instatubridy @aerlingus @latelaterte @maldrondublinairport @premierchauffeurdrive @dublinairport and everyone we met along the way. We are even more grateful to we get to experience this amazing holiday through our brave kind soul Saoírse.
“Stay tuned for lots of fun while we take you along with us to the lost magic place DisneyWorld Florida.”
Saoírse was clearly over the moon when they arrived in Disney World as they shared a video of the family of four in front of the iconic castle at the entrance to the park.

“So much emotion in one morning,” Roseanna explained.
“Getting to see Minnie, Mickey, Daisy, Donald, Elsa, Anna and more. I think this footage speaks for itself. Farrah Rose screamed with excitement, we danced, Mamma and Saoírse cried and we all made magical memories….”
What a sweet moment, we can’t wait to see more of their adventures!
