Sinead O’Connor has finally sold her former Bray residence. The singer has not lived in the semi-detached home for a number of years but reportedly forked out €1.7 million on the Strand Road house back in 2007.
The final selling price of the seaside home has not been revealed but it was originally put on the market at €795,000 last year.
The house was advertised on Daft.ie as an “impressive” six-bedroom home with “wonderful panoramic sea views.”
The description also stated that the building “retains all of the original character and many original features as well as offering spacious, light-filled and generously proportioned reception rooms and bedroom.”
The news of the sale comes just months after the Nothing Compares To You hitmaker was named on the government’s tax defaulter’s list.
