At one point or another, we will all experience hair loss.
However, those who suffer from alopecia have an even bigger battle to face.
Roz Purcell is one such person who has been open about her experience with hair loss and has even regularly taken to social media to inform fans of her journey.
Having dealt with numerous bald patches, Roz decided to update her followers once again in the hopes of informing others who may be going through something similar.

Sharing a video clip of her hair regrowth progress, Roz said: “If you’re struggling with hair loss, I hope this regrowth of different patches helps to highlight it will come back (Alopecia areata) slowly but surely.”
“These are 3 separate patches, I did different forms of treatment,” she said in reference to her areas of hair loss.
“What I’ve done: (aside from finding ways to de-stress which is why I think I get mine, honestly I’d stress over anything).
“Number one: getting a treatment plan in place asap which really helps to feel in control of this horrible situation of hair loss.
“Number two: tracking progress in photos so you can see and notice the small changes. It’s very uplifting!”
Roz then touched on the treatments she’s tried, some of which included non-prescription topical treatments, Intralesional steroid injections and a prescription lotion.
She also shared some great hair care tips that she learned from Trua Hair, adding: “I learned so much that I still would take on today.”
“Like: never sleeping with wet hair, brushing hair before I shower, not styling my hair as much or if I do use tools with a low heat setting, silk pillow and scrunches, got great advice on shampoos (watermans for a cruelty-free hair growth shampoo or Nioxin). I also started using a scalp massager which I love!”
