The premiere of Bridgerton season 3 is fast approaching.
And we couldn’t be more excited.
As we already know, this season will see Penelope Featherington, played by our gal, Nicola take the reins as she explores her relationship with Colin, played by Luke Newton.
However, the actress has now teased that there’s a big change in store for her character.
Speaking on Wednesday’s The One Show, Nicola told hosts Lauren Laverne and Jermaine Jenas, her character is “always having a terrible time.”
But this time around, it seems as though Penelope is in for a change of scenery.
“It is eight months filming for a season, it changes so much, it is a very action packed season,” Nicola teased.
“I got to see some last night and I was bouncing off the walls with excitement, it is brilliant, it is written brilliantly.
“I’m so proud of the cast and crew, but it is a special one.”
Well, not anymore!
Bridgerton season three is set to arrive in two parts with part one premiering 16 May and part two on 13 June.
