Last night Nathan Carter paid a touching tribute to the Hillsborough disaster on the Late Late Show.
He penned a heartfelt song, dedicated to the 96 fans who lost their lives at the football match in 1989.
The native Liverpudlian wowed the audience with his emotional performance.
