Just when we thought things had settled down, there’s been another blow for Conor McGregor.
Despite announcing that he’s still training to fight Nate Diaz, UFC bosses refuse to put him back on the fight card for UFC200.
Following his announcement of retirement, as well as refusal to take part in the promotional tour, Dana White pulled his upcoming fight in Las Vegas, and has no intention of changing his mind.
According to the Irish Independent, the UFC boss said, “I want him to fight, but it’s not right. Conor has a huge fan base. People love to see him fight. But UFC 200 is going to go on (without him).”
After Dana made his comments, Conor took to social media and said, “Everyone flew in. Respect. But not everyone up there made the company 400million in 8 months.”
Hopefully he can come back from this.
