Mike Tyson has given his opinion on the upcoming McGregor/Mayweather fight, explaining why he doesn’t think it’ll end well for the Irish fighter.
Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather are set to step into the ring together on August 26th, but despite all of Conor’s training over the last few months, Mike doesn’t believe it’ll pay off.
“McGregor is going to get killed boxing,” he said on the ‘Pardon My Take’ podcast.
“I got mad because I thought they were going to use MMA rules against boxing because that’s what it’s all about: Can the boxer beat the MMA guy?
“McGregor put his dumb ass in a position where he’s gonna get knocked out because this guy’s been doing this all his life since he was a baby.
“McGregor can’t kick and grab and stuff so he won’t stand much of a chance.”
Meanwhile, tickets for the hotly anticipated fight are currently being sold on touting websites for a staggering $30,000 each.
