Maura Higgins might have left the Love Island villa in 2019, but that doesn’t mean she’s stopped looking for love. And it’s seems our favourite former Islander may have found it.
Fans had been speculating she was in a relationship for quite a while, and now we may know the identity of her supposed mystery man.
With The Sun reporting Maura is in a relationship with Milton Keynes Don footballer, Connor Wickham.
A source close to the model revealed, “Maura keeps her cards close to her chest but she seems totally mad on Connor.”
The pair reportedly met through their mates, with the source saying, “A good friend of hers put them in touch and they have been talking for some time.”
Fans began to think the Longford native was seeing someone after her recent trip to Paris. In her snaps from the French capital, followers could see a glimpse of the person at the other side of the dinner table, in the suggestion of a mans hand.
And apparently they were correct!
As the source confirmed; “Connor and Maura went to Paris last month and it ended up being so romantic.”
Following their Paris trip, the pair got more serious and took a big step in their relationship.
The source explained; “They made it official then and have now gone off on their first holiday together as a couple.”
