Love/Hate actor Robert Sheehan looked happier than ever yesterday as he was presented with an award at Trinity College and supported by his doting girlfriend.
Robert was joined at the ceremony by Algerian-French actress Sofia Boutella, where he received the Burke Medal for Outstanding Contribution to Discourse through the Arts from the Trinity College History Society.
Although they usually keep a low profile on their romance, the couple are clearly totally loved up, having initially got together after meeting on the set of the film Jet Trash in Goa, India early last year.
And it appears the striking beauty has already met Robert’s family, as his brother Brendan Sheehan also attended the ceremony to celebrate the talented actor’s award.
The smitten pair’s relationship was revealed when Jonathan Rhys Meyers’ fiance Mara Lane posted a cosy snap of the them in February, saying: “And how gorgeous are these two #RobertSheehan and his gal pal lady love #beautifulgirl Sofia.”
And Robert gushed about his partner when he was a guest on 2fm with presenter Eoghan McDermott, who asked him who was the last woman who saw him naked.
“It was a girl called Sofia . . . she’s my lovely other half,” he said.
Sofia is a runway favourite of Jean Paul Gaultier, and is described as “one to watch” in the acting circles. She most recently broke onto the Hollywood scene in Kingsman: The Secret Service starring alongside Colin Firth.
