Louise Cooney is making some big life changes.
The influencer and business owner is set to welcome her first child with her partner, Mark Sweeney.
And the couple just moved into a brand-new home together.
Louise has opened up about the decision to do both of these milestones at the same time.
Speaking on Instagram, she explained: “It’s so nice to be closer to the beach and to be in more of a community. We’re still getting used to it and getting set up but I think it’ll be great when the baby comes.”
She went on to say that she doesn’t feel it’s a necessity to move before welcoming your first child but the apartment they were living in was not the ideal situation for a newborn.
“I don’t think you NEED to move house if you’re pregnant, there’s always ways of figuring things out. The temp regulation and getting to/from the car in our apartment is a problem, where we’re moving is a little more practical for us,” she told her followers.
Louise previously told VIP Magazine, that she was “so excited” by the move.
“We’re so excited to move into the new house. It’ll be amazing. We have a blank canvas so we’ve a lot to do in the next couple of weeks and months before the baby comes, but it’s so nice to start this new adventure,” she said.
“Where we’re moving to, it’s just a lot more practical. As sad as I am to leave my current apartment behind, I know it’s totally the right choice. It’s lovely to be starting this new chapter somewhere new.”
