Louise Cantillon took to Instagram to share her good news!
The TG4 presenter has joined Today FM stepping into Dec Pierce’s slot across the station.
She’ll be a busy woman as she will also be filling in for Paula MacSweeney while she is on maternity leave.
She shared the news on social media: “It’s official. So unbelievably honoured to be joining the @todayfm line up!
“I will be on air Sat-Tue across the stations schedule, kicking off tomorrow @2pm – filling the big boots @decpierce has left behind!”
Louise will be on air on Saturdays from 2pm to 6pm and Sundays from 4pm to 7pm. She will also be in for Paula’s slots on Monday and Tuesday from 7pm to 10pm.
She explained: “While @paulamacsweeney makes a little human.”
“Whoohú bígí liom,” she concluded.
She was inundated with congratulatory messages from her pals.
“Oh, huge huge huge congrats Louise – delighted for you! You’re going to be amazing,” Paula MacSweeney wrote.
Louise Cooney commented several applause emojis.
“This is amazing!! And you’ll be more amazing. Congratulations,” Eurovision’s Brooke Scullion posted.
