Coronation Street actress Wendi Peters has said she would be interested in joining the cast of Fair City.
Wendi played the hilariously entertaining character Cilla Battersby, from 2003 to 2007, with a brief returning stint in 2014.
The 49-year-old has now revealed that she would love to be asked to take on a role in the Irish soap and wants to “make it happen.”
“I’d love to come to Ireland and do Fair City, that would be fantastic,” The Irish Mirror reports.
“I’d love to come over and play a cameo role for a couple of weeks.
“Let’s get me over, I’m free in August and September, so if anyone from Fair City is reading this and wants to book me, let’s make it happen.”
