She has now shared some updates on her pregnancy journey including the sex of her little one.
During an Instagram Q&A, she was inundated with well-wishes as well as questions from her loyal followers.
She explained that she was six months along but the couple chose to keep the start of their pregnancy journey private.

“To be honest, I didn’t share anything at the time because it was so so hard but we told our families very early as we knew we were saying goodbye to John’s mom, who sadly passed away a few months ago,” Lauren wrote.
“We were going through ALL the emotions and to be very honest I didn’t even have time to think of pregnancy anxiety with everything that was going on at the time. So yeah, it has been a very bitter sweet few months but we know she’s here every step of the way.“
She went on to say: “I guess I always knew I would wait a while. I also hadn’t really started showing until two weeks ago. It was winter and I was covered constantly and I thought I’d keep it to our nearest and dearest.
“I also didn’t feel like my content was going to majorly change so I wanted to wait till our baby moon when I was really starting to show.“
When one follower asked her if she knew the sex of the baby, she explained that they used To Our Daughter (Lullaby) by My Best Friend Jacob in the announcement video as she and John are expecting a baby girl.
“I had to use this song not only because it’s so beautiful but the title couldn’t be more perfect. I’m a girl mom,“ she enthused.
